I started out in my own practice in 1997 in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Type, carrying out mainly sports injury and remedial massage treatments, and since then I had added to my skills by continued studyand learning various holistic therapies. I am qualified in Myofascial Release Therapy, Reflexology, Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Hot Stone and Warm Bamboo Massage treatments.
I still specialise in deep tissue massage / Myofascial Release Therapy for muscular injuries, however, I am finding more clients having Reiki and crystal therapy alongside their usual treatments, to balance not only their physical body, but also their mind and spirit too.
I live in Northumberland with my husband Ian and daughter Laura. My husband manages a sheep farm so it’s ideal to combine the peace and tranquillity of home with the busier area of Gosforth where I work.
