After discovering a natural healing abilitity in the 1980`s, whilst training as an Alexander Teacher, Cate then followed the path of Reiki and has loved teaching Usui, Karuna and Angelic Reiki courses for many years in South West England and Scotland. Cate also teaches the Melchizedek Method of Healing levels 1 – 3, meditation and self-development classes.
In private practice, Cate intuitively blends hands on healing with bodywork, spiritual counselling, EFT and NLP where appropriate and is also a Certified Hypnotherapist.
Cate also offers telephone sessions which combine an angel reading with healing. These sessions have greatly helped people to gain more clarity and insight in their lives and to feel comforted and more deeply connected to the angelic realms.
